My name is Rich Edwards and I live in Olalla, WA. I have been in the computer industry for over 10 years. I started out helping my father with his ISP (Internet Service Provider) startup. That provided me a great deal of hands-on learning. I went on to do work for other ISPs throughout the '90's .

In 2006, I began working as an independant contractor. My duties included:

*Building computers
*Making house calls
*Setting up home networks
*Troubleshhotng WiFi setups and computer tune-ups (virus, spyware and malware removal).
